What data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the site and respond to commercial inquiries:

• Site usage data (via Google Analytics 4) — pages visited, time per page, approximate country and city, device type, browser language. IP addresses are anonymized before processing (anonymize_ip: true). We do not use advertising identifiers or cross-site profiling.
• Data you voluntarily send us — if you write to ventas@2ps.pe, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any information you choose to share.

2. Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 cookies only if you explicitly accept them in the consent banner. If you choose to reject, no analytics cookies are installed. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again on your next visit.

We do not use marketing, advertising or social-media cookies.

3. What we use this information for

• Understand how the site is used and improve our content.
• Respond to commercial or technical inquiries received by email.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell, share or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. International transfer

Google Analytics is a service of Google LLC based in the United States. By accepting the cookie banner you consent to the international transfer of site-usage data under Google's contractual framework for data processing.

5. Retention period

• Google Analytics: 14 months (default configuration).
• Commercial emails: while the commercial relationship is active, or until you request deletion.

6. Your rights

For users in Peru, in accordance with Law 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations. For users in the European Union, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Access — know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure / deletion — request deletion of your data when there is no legal basis to retain it.
• Object — object to the processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent — including cookie consent (clearing your browser cookies is enough).

To exercise any of these rights, write to ventas@2ps.pe with your request. We will respond within 20 business days.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version at this same URL with the update date. Material changes will be communicated to those who have previously shared their email with us.
